Hi,
I need to migrate my users from Joomla to Wordpress.
Currently when I export the password field it comes out as a hashed password. Actually, not always, which is strange... a few passwords are in plain text but most of them are hashed.

I don't think that Wordpress will recognized the hashing made by Joomla, how I can export all passwords in plain text?

Thank you

Hello,

That is strange. Joomla passwords are hashed and saved in database. If you get it as plain text probably the passwords are stored as text and not hashed in database. May I know how you got to save those passwords as plain text?

You cannot export passwords as plain text with RO CSVI Joomla user export template. They are exported as they are saved in database. One way to solve this is to generate a random password using RO CSVI Multi replace rule and with Unique ID operation and import to wordpress. But you will need to tell users about their new password.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
