Resolved Hikashop order export - Can't add customer info

I need to be able to export order info from Hikashop but if I choose the "Operation" of Orders, then the customer fields are not available. How can I have the order's customer info display in the export?

Hello,
Please have a look at the section "EXPORT VIA A LINK" in the document Setting up frontend template which explains how to build a url for export. Your case is to export by date so you need to add form_orderdatestart=XXXX-XX-XX to the link instead of form_orderlist as explained in the document. Hope it helps.

Hello,

There is no option to modify the template on the export screen. The only other option would be to use a direct URL where you change the dates in the URL. Perhaps that is an option?

You can use the option "Order date start" to set dates manually. Did you try that?

Nice! That did the trick!

One more question - is there an easy (ie, not edit the template) to specify in the backend a date range to run the export from?

Ie. my client wants to manually specify the dates rather than run the export "Last 30 days".
