Hello,
The fix in forum post was sent after the release of RO CSVI 8.8.0 version so is not included in this version. This fix will be included in upcoming RO CSVI release. You need to load the patch file again if you have updated RO CSVI.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Instead of 406 product I get only 11

In the previous post the issue for this problem was found to be empty file_mimetype in #__virtuemart_medias database table. To check if this is the problem, please create Custom table export template and on Options tab select Custom table to virtuemart_medias and save the template. On template fields add virtuemart_media_id, file_title and file_mimetype fields and run the export. Post the export file here to check.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Do you update existing images or add new images using RO CSVI? Can you post the import debug log to check? To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

My structure is that I import all via CSV files. Image children gets from Parents.

So I have in All CSV files parent and children using - file_url, file_url_thumb, file_description, file_meta - headers

But only in files wich contain parent products values are fulfilled. Sometimes if they a new with full url to image and another only with image name since they already are on the server.

Now I thinking that because I have in CSV wich contain children products - file_url file_url_thumb file_description file_meta - but all values are empty this cause they lose ile_mimetype in database.

I use them in case if some children will have different image as parent, but i don't need them in reality.

Also note all children was missing file_mimetype= image/jpeg and I have only 11 parent published and all others are children with parents unpublished.

If the image already exists in the database with file_mimetype value then on import the file_mimetype value will be updated. If you post the debug log of the import, I can check it.

Also note all children was missing file_mimetype= image/jpeg and I have only 11 parent published and all others are children with parents unpublished.
Do you export parent product images for child products using RO CSVI and then import them?
Kind regards,

Tharuna
