Resolved Fatal error: Class '\virtuemart\com_virtuemart\model\import\product' not found

Hello everyone,

when I start my import (as usual), I have this error:

Status error: 200
Status message: OK

Fatal error: Class '\virtuemart\com_virtuemart\model\import\product' not found in .../administrator/components/com_csvi/rantai/import/model.php on line 500

I use:
Joomla Joomla 3.8.1
CSVI Pro 7.3.0

Please let me know if I have to provide more technical informations.

Hello Rosalie,

We need to see why the system cannot find the file. Can you check if you have the file plugins\csviaddon\virtuemart\com_virtuemart\model\import\product.php on your server?

i'm experiencing the same error...

even after upgrade my com_csvi and all the addon in the package...
need to import product and i cant

Did you also update your CSVI VirtueMart addon to 7.3.0 version? if not, can you do the update and check the import?
