Hello RO Support

When exporting af file I get this error:
0 Incorrect Failure Unknown column 'attribute_id' in 'field list'

I updated all fields and deleted all logs. I ggogled and checked this forum but I haven't been able to figure out what the issue might be.
Also: When I remove the fields "attribute_id" I just get another error with a new column etc. etc.

I have attached the SQL file, log file and the exportet file.

i hope you can help me spot the error?

Thank you so much in advance :)

Hello,
The SQL file you sent for the table structure does not have "attribute_id" as a column and so you see the error on export. You can only add the columns of the table which you have set on Options tab in your export template as export field.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Thank you for the superb service and super fast reply. I won't forget to review and rate that in JED :)

Ok, one follow up question.

1. I pick a table in OPTIONS -> Click SAVE.
2. Then I head over to the FIELDS and click QUICK ADD.

Question: Quick add lists 50 fields. The SQL file show 36 fields.
I thought that the Quick Add would only list all fields available fromt he table I picked in Options?

Where do the additionsl 14 fields come from? And is there another way to add the fields maybe?

Thanks :)

Do you have another Custom table export template with another table selected or you had a table selected before and changed to new table in your custom table export? Custom table export template will list all the fields of that operation and not specific ones of the table selected in the template. That could be the reason you are seeing those extra 14 extra fields. Try updating your available field so the fields would get reset if the table has been changed.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi Tharuna

Yes - I had another table selected before so I thought that might have been the problem. I actually just copied the template from another template.

So I did this based on your suggestion:

I deleted all templates.
Also I "updated the available field" = reset all tasks + updated the available fields.

I created template 1 = works
I created template 2 = same problem.

I did reset all tasks and update the available fields again, but it did not solve the issue.

I have a hard time to manually filter out the fields which do not belong to the selected table.

Why is it not possible to just pick all fields from a specific table? Or am I configuration CSVI wrong?

Thanks for you help, Tharuna :)

Hello,

Both these templates are using their individual tables in two different templates and so fields of both these tables will be as available field. Reset of available fields will not help as both the tables are used.

I have a hard time to manually filter out the fields which do not belong to the selected table.

You can use Quick add button on template fields page to search for the needed fields and add them.

Why is it not possible to just pick all fields from a specific table? Or am I configuration CSVI wrong?

You have not configured CSVI wrong. All Custom table available fields are grouped under the one operation custom. Fields are listed based on this operation and not based on the table. Like we have in VirtueMart the operations Product, Category and Order and so on. These operations will get available fields of that specific operation when listed in the template. Custom operation is one like that.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

ahhh - I start to understand. Thanks :D

Since I have to create many Custom Operations I need to pick the correct fields manually. In order to do that I need to export the SQL and do a side by side comparison. I fear ending up with 120 fields and pick the correct 30 ones.

I wondered if it is ok for me to add a customer request at this point?

I have attached a screenshot. I am missing two features:

1. In Quick View there could be a "select all" box. Sometimes it is easier to select all and deselect the field one does not need.

2. This is somewhat far out, but would it be possible to display the TABLE(S) from which the FIELDS originated from?
In the "Available Fields" view I can see the field name and table. Basically the table names (if there are multiple) could be displayed in the QUICK ADD pop-up.
That way I could quickly spot the relevant fields in seconds and tick them off :)

But thanks anyway. Now I know how to proceed and get the job done :)

Hello Viggo,

Yes you can unless the request can be done by us:D

1. In Quick View there could be a "select all" box. Sometimes it is easier to select all and deselect the field one does not need.

You are not the first user asking for this request. Not all the fields are needed for import or export so select only the needed field. It is possible that all the fields are added on import and export and they don't work. Example is the error you had with your Custom table export;)

2. This is somewhat far out, but would it be possible to display the TABLE(S) from which the FIELDS originated from?
In the "Available Fields" view I can see the field name and table. Basically the table names (if there are multiple) could be displayed in the QUICK ADD pop-up.

We will see what can be done here. Thank you for your suggestion.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
