Hi, i am trying to setup an export with SQL to Google Sheets.

I have followed the tutorial here and i have checked at the component 's option Google Api tab, the token is there.

Publishing status of the application is set to "Testing" and i added the Google drive account owner to test users.

When i run the template the notice says the export was completed but the sheet remains empty.

I am not sure if i selected the appropriated scopes in Google developper console. Can you check the attached screenshot and tell me if the unchecked scopes are required for the export to work?

I also tried to backup the template to send it to you but i get error message: Unable to save the template backup file to path /var/www/vhosts/my-domain/httpdocs/tmp/com_csvi/csvi_templates_my-domain_20261020.xml

tmp folder is writtable 755 permissions.

I have joomla 6.2.0, php 8.4.26 and ROCSVI 9.13.0

Thank you for the tip, i fixed the folders.

I notice in the template file line 45 sheet name is set to Sheet 1 from the file tab which i can't edit because after selecting export type XLSX in the file tab and save, i notice a strange behavior, Advanced and Help buttons stop working (see attached video).

In destination, options and fields tab the sheet name is set correctly to sheet1.

I also tried to change everywhere the sheet name to Sheet 1 but still the Google sheet remains empty.

Hi,
When i run the template the notice says the export was completed but the sheet remains empty.

Please post export debug log to check. To get the debug log read How to collect debug information? document.

I also tried to backup the template to send it to you but i get error message: Unable to save the template backup file to path /var/www/vhosts/my-domain/httpdocs/tmp/com_csvi/csvi_templates_my-domain_20261020.xml

tmp folder is writtable 755 permissions.

Template backup XML is saved inside tmp/com_csvi folder before download and that com_csvi folder must be missing so you get error message. Go to RO CSVI About page and click on Fix folders in there. You can then do template backup after that. Please post that as well to check.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
