Hello how to export all k2 tags ?
and after what the best way to import it as values in an hikashop cutom field ?

how to export all k2 tags ?

We do not support export of tags in RO CSVI K2 exports. But you can use RO CSVI custom table export and export the tags from #__k2_tags table.

and after what the best way to import it as values in an hikashop cutom field ?

You did not tell us custom field of which table. Is it custom field for products? If so you also need product_code field to link the exported tags to products.
