Resolved Export and import multiple images

Thank you for posting the requested files. Multiple images on import should be separated by | but in your case they are separated by comma(,) and so images are not processed. I see that in the export you have used picture_url field and that exports multiple images with comma(,). What you can do is use Multi replace rule to find | and replace it with comma(,) and apply the rule on file_url field. That should solve the issue. Let me know on how that goes.

I had version 7.20 and while activating the plugin it did not appear in the list of rules. I decided to install the latest version 8.2.0 but to do that I had to uninstall RO CSVI completely. Unfortunately, even with the latest version, after enabling the Plugins, it doesn't work, the plugin is not visible and I can't do the automatic replacement.
I solved it by modifying the csv file with excel, I replace the comma with | in the picture_URL column.
So I solved, now you can see all the images.

But the new version creates problems with ICECAT and I open a new ticket

Can you post a screenshot on the list of RO CSVI plugins from Joomla plugins manager? If you have enabled the RO CSVI rule plugins then you should see the plugins in the list. I don't see any other reason why this does not work.

The rules plugin looks fine. In RO CSVI Rules page, when you click on New button, do you see the list of plugins in the dropdown? Like the attached screenshot.
