Hello, I need help with importing files. the export is from virtuemart site and it is necessary to get into another site again on virtuemart. This error is displayed on my import

Can you attach the debug log here? Screenshot does not show the full content of the file and the link you sent need administrator login details to access it.

Can you post the debug log of the export from where you got the export file? Check How to get the debug log document to get the debug log.

Hello,
Taking a closer look at your file, the content do not seem to be valid CSV data. Text delimiter as per your file is comma(,) and i see that the content has a lot of delimiters with out text enclosures. This is the reason your file is not read properly. You can check your file using CSVI Analyser to see the formatting issues.

Hello,
The file you attached did not have an extension and it was showing me default extension as per my system. I have added .csv extension to the file and attached it here. Can you try your import with the attached file?
