Hi,
if I try to import an order, it will end up with an error: Cannot process order. There is no user ID and there is also no valid order found

the same happens if I try to import a sample file: sample file

how to solve this problem? Thanks, Petr.

if I try to import an order, it will end up with an error: Cannot process order. There is no user ID and there is also no valid order found

Do you have order_number field in your import file? For user, do you have the user with email in Joomla Users table? Post us the sample of your import file to check.

The reason you must be seeing the same error with our sample file is that missing virtuemart_order_number and user email in your database tables.

Hello,

You can create users using Joomla users import and then you can run the order import.

I need to export orders from virtuemart 1 to virtuemart 3.

You can export Joomla users from your VirtueMart 1 site and import to VirtueMart 3 site and then do the orders export and import.

I can not export the user. I have all orders as unregistered users. Joomla user export exported only my account.

Load the attached patch file from CSVI maintenance page and then try running your order import. Let me know if it works for you.
