There were some fixes done to CSVI core package and so it is a version ahead. But your error shows that you are running a very old version of CSVI VirtueMart addon. Do you have CSVI VirtueMart addon 7.2.0 version running on your site?

Hello,
VirtueMart addon is not a part of CSVI core package. You need to download it from CSVI Pro Extensions section in CSVI downloads page.

The file has been removed.

This is the actual error found from your logs

PHP Fatal error: Class '\\virtuemart\\com_virtuemart\\model\\import\\product' not found in /administrator/components/com_csvi/rantai/import/model.php on line 494

The error is because CSVI is not able to find VirtueMart product addon file at right location. Did you update your CSVI to latest version? Did you also update your VirtueMart addon? Can you check if your CSVI and VirtueMart addon are of same version?

There is not system error, is the application that reports the error
I built this system, I know where which error comes from.

The error Internal Server Error comes from your server not from CSVI. The red text is only there to help you identify the issue. Since your server only tells us "Internal Server Error" there is nothing we know that can be done.

So in short, the red message comes from CSVI, the Internal Server Error comes from your server. Whenever a server generates this error, it writes the real error to the server error log. If that doesn't happen, the server is not setup correctly.

This is the line from the access log but the error is in the server error log. As the original message says we cannot tell you why your server stops. Check with your hosting provider to see if they can tell you what error is generated.

Do you get the same error if you import a CSV file?
