Resolved CSVI import casuses server error

Server error and not able to uplaod any file We are stuck with a situation where we use a Component- CSV Improved .
now all exports are possible but import of any size .. even small size files cause error. I have tired the import at different times since last 2-3 days nothing .. no improve.
we recieve error: server error consistentely.png

We contacted siteground for support they replied as attached.[SiteGround response.png] kindly help how to solve the issue.

Hello,
Can you tell which import template you use? I am asking this because in your previous reply you had attached a screenshot(Screenshot sent by you attached) showing Example VirtueMart product import template and in your site i am not seeing that template. So can you tell me the name of the import template you used?

We are using the same credentials: however i also am finding difficultiy in loggin in at another browser. please try again and copy paste the password istead of typing in ; be careful of any blank space

Tried again but these credentials don't work. I am getting "Warning Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."

I have been doing copy paste and as you mentioned have been careful with blank spaces too but nothing works.

Hello,
Yes the login worked. i found that there was an empty slug entry in jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_en_gb table. I removed that empty row and did a test import and It works. Can you try import with your export file and check?

Thanks I will check . If you have checked it should work. I wish to ask you how to do it myself .. so as not to trouble you. i.e how to identify the emty Slug? and how to remove?

Hello,
To check the empty slug, login into your cpanel and go to your site database. Look for table jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_en_gb. Click on SQL tab and paste the below query and click Go. If there are any empty slug rows they will be displayed. You can then delete those empty rows or update a unique value for slug field.

SELECT * FROM `jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_en_gb` where slug=''

can you please guide me how to import the picture_url picture_url_thumb ? we made a New import templet named: Example VirtueMart Product IMPORT MPN DEscription

Hello,
We have this file this file gets imported okay except these two fields:
picture_url picture_url_thumb

picture_url and picture_url_thumb fields are supported only in export and so will not work on import. You need to use file_url and file_url_thumb fields for import. You can look at Import VirtueMart images document to get more details.
