Hello,
The field category_name is not available for product import. You need to use category_path field if you want to assign category to a product. Please have a look at VirtueMart product document to know on the available fields for product import operation. The fields you see in available fields page are for export and for category import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
I found the cause for importing taking long time issue and the fix is in the attached patch file. Can you load the patch file and confirm if cron import is working good?

Hello,
Sorry but there is not that field.

Are you doing product import? If yes and still you don't see the field, try updating your available fields.

I have the same problem, the process takes nearly two hours to complete!

Yes i see the issue, import from CLI is taking too long to finish. I am looking into it and will let you know on what i find.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
You can add a new template field media_published along with product_sku, product_price and product_in_stock and in Default value field set value to 1. That should do. You don't need to modify your import CSV or template.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
You can have field media_published and set its value to 1 in your import to publish the images.

Is there any option that I have to enable?

Hello,
You can run a backup of your template using CSVI Maintenance -> CSVI Pro -> Backup template. Select the import template you are using and then click Continue. Send the downloaded XML file and your import file.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Your previous imports had the same setting of import file from external URL?

Of course. That imports worked for about a year, yesterday I only updeted your component and now there is that problem.

Hello,
Why for a process that before took a minute, now serve nearly two hours?

Your debug log says you are importing from an remote server URL, that could be one cause. Your previous imports had the same setting of import file from external URL? Second thing is having log enabled, without log CLI import should be faster. I don't see any more causes for import to take so long.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
