Hello
We are importing products in our hikashop store and we use the conditional rule to change the product_category_id field, to match our corresponding category.

Example:
<products>
<product>
<UniqueID>4461</UniqueID>
<category>Main category > subcategory1 > subcategory2 > products_category_10</category>
</product>
<product>
<UniqueID>4461</UniqueID>
<category>Main category > subcategory1 > subcategory2 > products_category_20</category>
</product>
</products>

Can we somehow set the ro csvi conditional "Value" field to compare according to Main category > subcategory1 > subcategory2 > only, so that it works for both products that exist in the example csv?

What do we have to use in "Compare that value is"?

If there is no option in the "Compare that value is", can we use wildcards in the "Value", something like %Main category > subcategory1 > subcategory2 >% ?

Thank you.

No, using wild cards is not possible with Value field.

Instead of Conditional rule plugin you can use RO CSVI Multi replace rule to find and replace the product_category_id. See attached screenshot. You can replace XXX and YYY to corresponding category. I have used the two categories from your example. You can add more with multiple categories are separated by |. Let me know if this would work.
