Resolved Batch attach files to hikashop products

Hi.
I have about 50 Hikashop products in my site.
each of this products must have some attachement files.

I have collected the files in a main folder in my computer, which every product's relevant files are stored in a subfolder that the name of the subfolder is set as its relavant product's code.

for example, if the product A has the code "12345", the folder name that its files are stored in also is "12345"


is there any way that i can batch attach these files to the relavant product ?

Hello,
Please check Import HikaShop Product Images document to import images. Since you are saying each product image are put in specific folder, you need to specify this folder path for file_path field in import file like 12345/image1.jpg (an example). On import the full path of image would be images/com_hikashop/upload/12345/image1.jpg. RO CSVI will then find the image from this path and link it to the product. Make sure to upload images to relevant path before running the import.

but I was asking about pruduct attachment files , not images

Hello,
Yes but import of images and files are same in HikaShop Product import and by using the same file_path field in import file. RO CSVI will check if the imported file is an image, if not add it as a file automatically on import. You can follow the same steps in the linked document to import file attachments.
