500 Internal Server Error

When trying to import content from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 with the RO CSVI 8.4.0 component, we get a screen with an error 500 (attached screenshot and import and export templates used).

I tried to attach the CSV file resulting from the export from Joomla 3 in case it would be helpful, but it weighs almost 5 megabytes and the system does not allow me. If you consider it important, let me know a way to send it to you.

Here are the steps we have followed:

We have installed RO CSVI in our Joomla 3 website (PHP 7.4), configured a content export template and downloaded the csv file with all the data. So far everything has worked correctly.

Then we have installed RO CSVI in our Joomla 4 (PHP 8) website and we have configured the content import template. When clicking on the "Start import" button, the error 500 appears directly.

It is very important for us to solve this issue, since we have to import almost 500 articles.

We have checked your page: 500 Internal Server Error and we have checked all the steps you indicate, but the problem continues.

Finally we have sent an e-mail explaining the problem to our hosting provider and we are waiting for their response.

On the other hand, after this failure, in System/Maintenance/Global unlock, it appears that there is a lock. When accessing we find: preftabla_csvi_availabletables table with 32 items to unlock. We select these items, click the "Unblock" button, but the items still appear. We clear Joomla cache, and they continue to appear (this is the success message that appears after pressing the "Unlock" button COM_CHECKIN_N_ITEMS_CHECKED_IN, in case it is relevant).

Can you help us to solve these problems?

Thanks a lot!

Hello,
There is another issue in export file. When I run the import with your file I see values messed up on import preview page. See attached screenshot. To solve this, in export template on File tab set Text enclosure to ", save the template and run the export. Check the import with latest export file. Before running the import, please check if the fields gets right values on Import preview page.
