Hello,
1. its possible to use this to auto-update products stock values?

Yes, you can update product stocks automatically using cron.

2. its possible to run it from url file with cron?

You can set the URL of the file as source in import template and set the import template to run as cron. Check setting up cron in RO CSVI document for details on cron.

3. its possible to use as source here xml file instead of csv?

You can use XML instead of CSV as source. Check import XML document to know on setting XML file in import template.

4. do you have documentations for setting all of this? or you provide support to setting it up with subscription?

In the above replies i have linked documents for what has been asked for. In case of any more queries, you can write to us and we will try our best to help you. We do provide support for users to set up import and export in the form of forum. But we do not set up import and export on user's site as part of subscription. If user want us to set up the import or export on their site, it is considered as custom job and will be charged extra.

You can check the import or export on our demo site https://demo.rolandd.com/administrator/
Kind regards,

Tharuna
