Hello,

RO CSVI is UTF-8 compliant like Joomla. So Russian is not a problem. The issue you are seeing is most likely due to your file not being UTF-8 but rather something like Windows-1252 or KOI-8.

You need to save your file as UTF-8 and then it will import without a problem. You can read about it in the Save a CSV file as UTF-8 document.
