Dear reader,

i use:
CSVI 7.3.0
PHP versie 7.1.14
Joomla! versie 3.9.11
Database schema versie 7.3.0

Did not use it for few months but now when i try to import virtuemart articles with the template i always use it does not save the images anymore.
It puts them in the product folder like usual but they are all 0 KB
i changed nothing (only updates joomla of course)
Wil lthis be solved by buying new version of CSVI?

Hello,

So I tried to import the image and I get this error:
SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate


Checking the website where the images come from, their SSL setup is broken as you can see here:
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://static.adveopartner.eu/

In the current version of RO CSVI, there is the option to turn off the SSL verification, doing that you can import the image.

After using that I was able to import the image.

You so right the source changed their URLbut

its still not working.. seems to be trouble with HTTPS

Hello,
There is a 302 HTTP status code for your image in your debug log. This means that the URL has been moved to a new location. The new location seems to be https://static.adveopartner.be/IBSStaticResources550/Netstore/Hires/0003210_P.jpg (Note it is https and not http). Can you try your import with this new URL and check?
