Resolved Foutmelding bij installatie updates (Joomla)

(Allicht hoort dit niet in de category PRE-SALE, maar een andere optie is er niet)

Mijn website geeft deze foutmelding wanneer ik twee updates wil installeren. Bereffen RO Payments en RO Payments - RSForm!Pro

Hallo Arie,

maar een andere optie is er niet
De RO Payments categorie is beschikbaar als je bent ingelogd met je eigen useraccount. Dit is overigens hetzelfde account als je had bij JD iDEAL, dit is 1 op 1 overgezet. Mocht je die inlog niet meer weten dan kan je altijd nog een password reset doen.

Dat klopt, dit is een beetje ingewikkeld verhaal maar je komt uiteindelijk wordt de update wel op de nieuwe site opgehaald.

De foutmelding zal je krijgen omdat er ook een nieuwe download key is. De stappen om te updaten staan uitgelegd in de RO Payments 5 aankondiging.

Laat maar even weten of het daarmee lukt.
