Hi, I am still using an older version of CSVI (6.6.4) but it's been working fine, until I had my Joomla and Virtuemart releases updated to the latest.
Now I can still preview the import, but as soon as I click on START IMPORT, I get the 500 error.
Any ideas on what this may be? No other changes have been made, only Joomla and Virtuemart updated.
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,
Please take a look at 500 error document for the causes of 500 error. You should have an active subscription for getting support for RO CSVI.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
