Resolved What is the email / messages sequence?

Hi Dear,

we don't understand what's the "sequence" for e-mail / messages sent to the users in RO Users.

For example, we set:

- Account Expires in 180 days
- First reminder in 1 days
- Second reminder in 20 days
- Delete account in 30 days

and we want to send some emails to the user at:

- The day after the account is queued for deletion
- One week prior (day ~20/21; if the deletion is set at day 30) the deletion
- At the deletion

We suppose that...

First reminder = Email in which Message type is "Not logged in"
Second reminder = Email in which Message type is "Account to be deleted"
Deletion message = Email in which Message type is "Account deleted"


Is it correct?

Your sequence of setting days for reminders are correct.
If you want to send an email to the user after deletion make sure that Delete user without sending mail field is set to No(Default value).

First reminder = Email in which Message type is "Not logged in"

Deletion message = Email in which Message type is "Account deleted"
