Hi Dear,

I follow your istructions here: https://rolandd.com/products/ro-users/installation?start=4

and created the command:

curl /usr/local/bin/php71 /home/domain/public_html/cli/rouser.php --username="Username" --password="Password" --hostname="https://mysite.com/"

where
• "domain" is the specific domain to access root folder
• Username -> Joomla Super User Username
• Password -> Joomla Super User Password

che "curl" in command is what hosting (SiteGround) reccomends.

But... Nothing happen. :)

What are we missing?

Hello,
curl /usr/local/bin/php71 /home/domain/public_html/cli/rouser.php --username="Username" --password="Password" --hostname="https://mysite.com/"

You need to remove the curl from the command. It won't work with scripts. Siteground cpanel for cron is same as how we have explained in our RO Users Cron job document and under Setting up the cron command section. You need to do the same setup in your Siteground cpanel.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
