Resolved Use of the Domain config option

Hi Roland,

I am converting a cciDEAL customer to RO Payments.
For marketing reasons, they use 2 separate domain names pointing to the same Joomla installation.
What should I set for the Domain configuration? Add one of the domains, none, both?
It seems to work for both domains if I add one, or none.
Is this setting used at all, and if so for what purpose?
It seems not!

Hello Eric,

The domain is used to create the correct URLs for those flows that do not run through the browser for example doing a recurring payment.

It seems not!
I can assure you that setting is used every time a call comes in from the payment provider.

Since you run everything on the same site, it doesn't matter which domain you enter. Leaving it empty, a domain will be guessed.
