This is about RO Payments in combination with Rabo Omnikassa, for events from RSEventsPro (all updated to latest versions).

After this terrible lockdown period we are organizing some events again for late fall and further on. Today we posted some of the events and tried a testsubscription to one of the events.

Selecting of tickets and forms work fine. When we come to iDeal button (only one to choose) works fine. Submitting form and we get an error message: "invalid refresh token".

I checked the token to be the same as the one we got from Rabobank in the beginning, and this is similar.

What else can it be? Does rabo omnikassa change refresh tokens without notifying or is it something else?

Yeah! Inserted new credentials this morning and all seem to work fine now.

Seems to be that Rabobank wants you to renew signing key and refresh token every once in a while. They don't tell you when exactly but in our case refresh token hadn't been used since february, due to corona and the cancelling of events.

Maybe that was why we needed to renew, maybe it was something rabo wanted but didn't communicate. At least we now know where to look when we get the message "invalid refresh token". ;)

Sorry to hear you are so strongly affected by the current situation. The message invalid refresh token can only mean that the Refresh token is either not correct or the signing key that comes with it.

Can't you check your refresh token in the Rabobank dashboard? If it was working fine before and not now anymore, I have a strong feeling that the token doesn't match and it may have changed.

Thanks for your reply. Thought of that the minute I posted this.

There is a possibility to recreate both refresh token and signing key in the dashboard, so will try that step first.

Hopefully payments go smoothly again after changing them :D
