Hi,

I see a similar topic about this issue by Dorine, but i cannot open it.

After updating to RO Payments 5.1.0 the payment methods of Ideal, Bancontact and V-Pay disappeared. We are limiting access to these by selecting countries which are allowed to use certain methods. For now we opened everything, and the plugin is doing its thing, however we would like to limit access based on country in Virtuemart.

When i revert to 5.0 it does seem to work fine.
Thank you for that feedback, I need to see what is going on then with these country checks. Something must have changed somewhere because the check hasn't changed for many years and it doesn't work for Dorine and I can reproduce that. So I wonder why it won't work in your case. That is the interesting part about it.

I am going to see if I can find out why it won't work for you with 5.1.0.

Hello Frank,

You cannot open the topic because it is marked as private. The result here was that the payment methods were no longer visible due to the request for payment methods coming twice and the second time there were no address details, so also no country. This resulted in the payment methods no longer being visible because there was no country in the second request.

If you revert to RO Payments 5.0.0, does it work as expected in that case? Which VirtueMart version are you running?

We are running VirtueMart 3.6.8 10197. When i revert to 5.0 it does seem to work fine. We upgraded from 4.16 btw (If im correct)

Hallo Frank,

Dank voor de gegevens. Ik heb eens verder getest en gekeken en inderdaad gezien wat je zei, dat de landen restrictie niet meer werkt zoals verwacht. Uiteindelijk is de oplossing voor nu om de hele check eruit te halen. VirtueMart doet het dan zelf en dan gaat het volgens mij goed. Kan je eens kijken of het op de test site nu werkt zoals verwacht?

Hallo Frank,

Het klopt dat versie 5.0.0 er nog op staat, ik heb alleen de VM plugin aangepast en geupload om het een en ander te kunnen testen. Je zal op de live site voor nu nog even 5.0.0 moeten blijven gebruiken. Zodra de volgende versie uit is, zitten de aanpassingen erin en kan je ook de live site updaten.

That would be appreciated if we can test it on your environment as well. I no longer have the login details to your site, if you could write the in the Site Details that would be great. The Site Details can be found when writing a reply as the 3rd tab.
