Resolved Other payment methods in Mollie?

Hi Roland,

In the RO Payments profile I've enabled all available methods. In my Mollie Account I've also enabled iDeal (which works) but also Paypal, Credit cards and Apple Pay.
In JGive I've selected Jdideal, since no other gateways are available (apart from the build-in Paypal).

I don't see any other payment methods than iDeal on the website when selecting Pay. Doesn't the RO Payment plugin support the other Mollie payment methods or is it JGive?

Hello,

In jGive there is only 1 option for RO Payments and that is because jGive has no option to add multiple payment methods from a single payment plugin. If we were to provide that we would need to create and maintain 1 plugin for each payment method for each payment provider. As you can imagine that is not doable. So the way it works in this case is that the payment method in jGive has a generic name and the user is redirected to Mollie where in Mollie they can choose their preferred payment method.

In your profile in RO Payments this means you should not select a specific payment option otherwise only that option will be available.

Ah, thanks, that is fine.... Only thing is that the initial Payment method says iDeal. But I'll fix that with a custom override to make it internationally more understood.

Hello,

You can change the name by going to Plugins and look for the plugin called RO Payments - TechJoomla. Edit the plugin and there you can enter the name you want to see in the checkout. No need for an override in this case.
