Hi Maarten,
There are a few things to digest here. First is the Buckaroo versus Sisow. Looking at your Buckaroo logfile I see that RO Payments sends you to Buckaroo but we never get any answer back. With the Sisow profile you are also sent to Buckaroo but the difference being that the Buckaroo profile uses the test environment and Sisow uses the live environment.
So I wonder for the Buckaroo profile if your settings are correct at the Buckaroo side. You can check that in the RO Payments Manual.
You also have the order status error:

You also have the order status error:
Order has status C but according to the settings it needs status P to be able to update the orderThis is a setting in the profile that RO Payments is not updating orders that have already been updated. You can set the Check Order Status to No to skip that check. The first time your order is updated by the SisowNotify bot to inform the system of the payment status. The second time a guest user is coming in, I think that is you being returned from Sisow/Buckaroo.
i set the server time to amsterdam, and now atleast the sisow option worksServer time must be in the same timezone as your payment provider as they do check the time in some cases, although I am not clear on the exact details. They do this to make sure that nobody is tampering with the requests. If your time is 2 hours off, that is too much.
is this future proof now?I guess until Buckaroo no longer support the Sisow calls. I would advice to check the Buckaroo settings and get that working. In Buckaroo you can also see what happens with a transaction, that might be worth checking out.
Kind regards,
RolandD

Hey Maarten,
The error is too generic and you did not post the transaction log. So first course of action is to post the transaction log and see what that says. You can find the transaction log on the Transactions page by clicking on the View button at the end of the transaction row.
Yes, not all payment methods are supported I see that is also because they keep changing. Payment methods are updated in new releases.
