Hi Roland,
After clicking on the link in the e-mail sent to the customer, customer gets the following info:

De opgevraagde pagina kan niet worden gevonden.

Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het verwerken van het verzoek.

Mogelijk kan deze pagina niet bezocht worden omdat:

een verouderde bladwijzer/favoriet
een fout getypt adres
een zoekmachine heeft een verouderde lijst van deze website
er is geen toegang tot deze pagina

Naar de startpagina

Als de problemen blijven bestaan, neem dan aub contact op met de beheerder van de website en rapporteer onderstaande fout.

Hello Ries,

Did you create a menu item for the Payment page? If not, create a hidden menu item, I assume you do not want to show that in the menu, and then create a new link. The link to the customer should be a SEF URL then which get handled through the menu item.

Check the URL you get in the mail as it should be a SEF URL.
