Resolved How do i show a price of a product in the mails from RS-Forms

I'm using RO-Payments in combination with RS-Forms and i did everything according the the manual on https://rolandd.com/documentation/ro-payments/show-payment-options-in-rsforms-pro-form

It seems to work, but in the user and admin e-mail i can not add the price of a product. It only shows the name of the product.
Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong.

I allready tried {productfield:price} and {productfield:amount}. This is the way RS-Forms payment plugin is working according to https://www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/rsform-pro/plugins-and-modules/rsform-pro-new-payment-plugin.html
But that didn't work

Hello,

As you can imagine in a lot of cases you want to add the prices of the selected products to a mail
I understand that webshops have this feature out of the box but we are dealing with a form extension here ;)

What you can do with RSForms is if/else statements in the email. The solution I am thinking of now is that in the email you check which product it is and then output the price for that particular product. That way you can create an email which shows for each product the price that belongs to that product.

Check the RSForm documentation Dynamically adjust email and thank you message content without PHP knowledge on how to use that RSForm feature.

This is the way RS-Forms payment plugin is working
Not everything works in the same way ;)

You cannot add the prices of selected products in the email, only the total price of selected products is available. So you are not doing anything wrong, it is just not possible.

The document you linked has no relation to showing prices but is only about how to show the payment methods.

But can you assist me in another way to acclomplish this. As you can imagine in a lot of cases you want to add the prices of the selected products to a mail

I have fixed the issue with a simple if-statement in the mail. I didn't know about this feature before.
