Hi,

I've tried to install RO Payments with Mollie Recurring payments and RSform. When I've selected my bank and hit the pay button I get the following error:

Foutmelding: 0 - Argument 1 passed to Jdideal\Recurring\Mollie::createCustomer() must be of the type string, null given, called in ***/libraries/Jdideal/Psp/Mollie.php on line 421

(the stars represent the path)

Did I do something wrong?

With kind regards,

Hi Roland,

Yesterday I discovered I'm getting the same error as described in my initial message: Foutmelding: 0 - Argument 1 passed to Jdideal\Recurring\Mollie::createCustomer() must be of the type string, null given, called in /***/libraries/Jdideal/Psp/Mollie.php on line 568

I've updated all extensions Ro Payement and RSform, plus the plugin.
In the form I went to the Form Properties > RO Payments > Configurable fields and I set the order number and e-mail (tried 'emai' - as the name of the field - and {email:value} - as the rsform placeholder). Both didn't change the error message.

I're reinstalled the component and plug-in, but no luck.

Do you have any idea what I can do to fix this?

With kind regards,
Rachel Walraven

Hello Rachel,

Can you post me a backup of the RSForm template? I will test and see what is happening. The error comes from the fact that there is no value supplied to create the customer.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Rachel,

There is indeed an issue in the RO Payments RSForms plugin. The email field was not taken correctly. Please unzip the attached rsformpro.php file and place it in the folder plugins/system/rsfpjdideal/addons on your site. That should fix the problem.

To be clear, the field in your form should be called email in the Configurable fields setting.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello Rachel,

One thing you can check is if you go to RSForms!Pro and then Configuration. You will see an RO Payments tab. On that tab is a section called Configurable fields, there is one field called Email. Enter here the name of the field in your form that contains the email of the customer.

This is needed because Mollie needs an email address for registering the customer.

Let me know if that helps.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland,

That was the step I missed! Thanks,

What I found a little confusing is that I first have to choose my bank. Then I get redirected to mollie and I have to choose a bank again. Can I skip the first screen?

Hello Rachel,

In the profile you created, you can set the option Extra payment choice to No. Users will then be shown the selector directly at Mollie.

Let me know if that helps.
Kind regards,
