Resolved Error page after payment

I use RO Payments with VirtueMart.

After payment through Mollie, the customers get redirected to an errorpage and the cart still contains the ordered product.

The payment was successful though.

Also the status in the backend shows no result.

I use Akeeba Admin Tools.

Any idea what could be wrong?

It's solved.

I added cli to Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories in Akeeba Admin Tools and now it works OK.:D

Some screenprints to accompany your statements will be helpful. Please provide the following information for us to be able to see what is happening.

  • Which error page you see?
  • Which backend result do you mean?
  • Please post the payment log from the failed transaction
