Hi, on my site I get an error on every link I click in RO Payments.

All but one give this error :
0 count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, string given

Only transactions give this one:
You have not supplied a valid HTTP status code

What could I have messed up?
Thanks,
Nico

For some reason the updates were misbehaving. Even after rebuilding the updates there was no message about any update.

But... a fresh install of the most recent version solved all the problems.
Many thanks for this !

Hello Nico,

Looking at the site you have JD iDEAL Gateway 4.3.0 installed, the current release is RO Payments 7.0.1 so I would advise to update the extension as the old version is not compatible with Joomla 4.

If the update does not work, you will need to remove all the database tables that have jdidealgateway in them. After that you can do a clean installation. Do know you will have to configure the profile again.
Kind regards,

RolandD

It's PHP8 and the latest version of RO Payments.

If I click on a link for profiles underneath RO Payments I get this :
An error has occurred.

0 count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given

Hello Nico,

Which PHP version are you running on this site? Which RO Payments version are you using?

Could you enable the debug option in Joomla global configuration? Also set the Error Reporting to Developer on the server tab. After that go to RO Payments and see if you get a full error report printed. This should help identify what is going on.
Kind regards,

RolandD
