Resolved Error after submit

Hello,

I created a menu-item 'Afrekenpagina', i think in english something like checkout page (to control which modules are shown on the payment page).
But after submit (i'am using rsforms pro) i get an error and no payment options: View is niet gevonden [name, type, prefix]: article, html, jdidealgatewayView

How to solve?

Hello Michel,

After some testing I was able to reproduce the issue you see. The issue boils down to a change in the router system in Joomla 4. Attached you will find a renewed file called router.php inside the zip file. Please unzip the file and place it in the folder components/com_jdidealgatway. There is another router.php file, rename this file first before you copy the new one so you can always go back in case of problems.

Please give that a try and let me know how it goes.

Hello Michel,

Yes the error is correct, there is no article view in RO Payments. Do you see any transaction recorded in RO Payments Transactions list? If so, what does the transaction log say?

Last but not least, how is the form setup with RO Payments?

Do you see any transaction recorded in RO Payments Transactions list? If so, what does the transaction log say?
The log is empty...(i can hit the button, but nothing shows, older transactions are opening good)

Last but not least, how is the form setup with RO Payments?
It was working before, many transactions, but at the moment, the last 3 transaction all failed (empty log)

That is fine, it just means there is no log. Which then means that the transaction did not start.

It was working before
What has changed?

Migrating to Joomla 4

I have in the RO Payments - RSForm! Pro plugin, under Extensions this filled in, maybe the wrong format:
com_content,com_icagenda

See url, the form is on a page made in ICagenda, there is a shortcode in the description to an article (articles anywhere shortcode) and in the article the shortcode for the forms is filled in.
