Resolved Best subscription for dutch platform

Thank you for your inquiry. What you are looking for is possible with RO Payments as we do support recurring payments through Mollie.

I see subscription option in RO payments but how do I set this up?

This works actually quite simple. What you need to do is setup a profile in RO Payments in which you enable the subscriptions, see the attached screenshot for that.

You need to specify a description which describes the subscription, how many times the subscription should run, this can be infinite and of course how often it should be done. For example 1 month.

I have Events Booking and Membership Pro licenses so if that is possible would be great.

Either will work, the customer will select a subscription for one of these extensions and once the payment needs to be done the customer is passed on to RO Payments by this extension and RO Payments will send the customer to Mollie. The customer makes the first payment then and if this is successful, the customer comes back to the website and RO Payments will enable the recurring payment in Mollie. After that Mollie will deduct the payment every time based on the interval and inform the website if the payment is successful.

But I can't get it to work because Membership Pro labels RO payments as not recurring possible.

That is correct, RO Payments does not update Membership Pro or any extension for that matter. Only the transaction list will be populated with new payments. This is something I want to look into to see if the integration can be extended. So the recurring runs but outside of Membership Pro.
