All you need to do is enable Apple Pay in your Mollie account. If Mollie detects an Apple device, the option will be shown. If you want to use it as a separate option in the checkout process you can create a new payment option of the type RO Payments and set the paymentmethod to applepay. The user will be redirected to Mollie for using Apple Pay.
