Resolved 0: Recurring not supported by RSForm! Pro

Hi Roland,

As you know, I migrated recently 2 websites to J6... and so this is how I also discovered about the new generation of ROPayments.

After our exchanges and your kind help I had tought that everything was fine.

But my users tell me that "recurring donations" do not work any more (indeed Visitors can either Donate "as one-shot" either make a "recurring Donation". This used to work *before* the migration to latest J and latest ROPayments).

Is there some configuration that had to be done / redone for recurring payments for example ?

Hi Marc,

So this error happens when no customer information can be loaded. So we need to figure out why this cannot be loaded. First off, is the Email field filled in on the Configurable fields when you go to the RO Payment settings on the Form Properties tab?

The other thing to check is, do these users have a Joomla user ID? The Joomla user ID is now associated with the recurring so the payments can be traced back to a user.
