Resolved You should either call the `clear()` method to reset the type or create a new query object.

after doing a maintenance virtuemart empty database and trying to upload the same file i did not have issues before i get this new error
Cannot set the query type to "insert" as the query type is already set to "select". You should either call the `clear()` method to reset the type or create a new query object.
