When I want to import a file, I get this, but what permissions are we talking here?

An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Status error: 403
Status message: error
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.

Hi Thomas,

This sounds like an issue with Akeeba Admin Tools, do you have that installed? If not, some other firewall is not allowing access to RO CSVI. Whatever is blocking this request, it should whitelist the url /administrator/components/com_csvi/rantai/rantai.php Once that is whitelisted the import should run.
