The xml is reqcognized by other xml readers.
Am i doing something wrong?

Hello,

If you are trying to analyze the 70 MB file, you better make sure that you can upload such a big file. Now the XML you attached is not a valid UTF-8 file but is ISO-8859-1 encoded.

Once I saved it as UTF-8, the analyzer has no problems with it. You can check the attached file.

Hello,

The editor you use should have that option of changing the encoding, Notepad++ on Windows for example has that. Anything that you want to import into Joomla must be UTF-8 encoded.
