Resolved XML creation takes too long, need checklist

You did not mention which Export template you are using. Few things you can still check are
1. If all the CSVI plugins you are using are also updated to latest 7.11.0 version.
2. Check if any new fields were added to the export template recently.
3. Any filters have been changed in export template recently.
4. If the number of records in database has increased which in turn increased the export time.

I use XML creation template to create file of Virtuemart product list, so it can be published in price comparing websites.

Well, yes, amount of items increases everyday, but slowly. It is around 4300. But as I remember from our discussions before it shouldn't be a big deal.

I already updated the fields, it didn't help.

Plugins are also updated to latest versions, incl. plugin for VM.

Export template was not changed at all, at least I haven't noticed.

4300 products should not take time but it also depends on the fields you export. If you have field product_url in your export, SEF URLs are generated by Joomla and by sending request to front end for each and every product in export. This is going to take sometime and to avoid it, In Maintenance page select VirtueMart in first option and in the second option Refresh URLs and select the template and click continue. This option will generate SEF URLs and add them to a CSVI database table. When the export runs with export SEF set to Yes, SEF URLs will be read from this table which makes export to run faster.
