Resolved Why can I not export all Virtuemart user details?

Hello,

I tried to export Virtuemart user information, but of some reason I get stuck with only 89 lines, when we have some 2000 users in the system. Also the first lines are pretty much the same user over and over again.

I have tried both using the Example User Info Export and my own User export test. Both give the same result. I have tried to not limit the export, but only less than 100 user details are shown in the export-file.

Attached is the export file and the log of the export. Please advise me what I am doing wrong. Thanks!

Hello,
I tried to export Virtuemart user information, but of some reason I get stuck with only 89 lines, when we have some 2000 users in the system.

The users who are not exported have no shoppergroup assigned and so they are not included in export. To export all users, in your export template on Options tab in Shopper group name filter select All Shopper groups and No assigned shoppergroups, save the template and run the export.

Also the first lines are pretty much the same user over and over again.

Have a look at Group by and Sort by fields to avoid duplicates on export.
