I was able to make the export template and download it from J3 site. I tried to upload to my J4 site it seems to run and says there 944 lines (users)
I was able to pick all the same fields in the import section BUT when I preview I get an e red : No supported fields have been found in the import file
It does say 944 Items Processed? (See Attachment)
However if I proceed nothing shows up in the manage users? What am I missing?

This means that RO CSVI could not read the template fields from the file you are importing.

Are you not using the supplied migration templates?

However if I proceed nothing shows up in the manage users? What am I missing?
That is impossible to tell with the information given, hence we ask for a number of things on the main page under Looking for a useful answer?. If you can provide those details we can check further or if you can use the supplied migration templates that may make life easier as well.

You can find the migration templates by going to Maintenance -> RO CSVI in the first dropdown -> Example templates in the second dropdown. After you click Continue you will find the new templates under Templates.
