Hello,
There should not be any problem in importing remote webp image. Use file_url field and in import template on Image tab set Save Images on Server to Yes. Did you try that? If you have any issue post the import debug log to check.

You are going to have to supply more information. There is nothing we can do with just the message. Explain step by step what you are doing and where you see the message. This does not look like it is a message from RO CSVI.

Hello,
It did not work because we do not have conversion from webp to jpg. As you said this is not an error from RO CSVI so you should ask in VirtueMart forum on this error.
