Hello otletgazda,
The file uploaded automatically to ftp is an stock import file name is a variable data, the file generation date: stock20180314-083045.csv, stock20180314-091227.csv. The file several times a day, is not pre-defined time generates the program.
How can I automate the import, if there is a variable data in the file name?

You can set import to be read from a folder instead of a file by setting the folder path in FTP Root folder option and leave the FTP filename field empty. This way CSVI reads all the files from the folder and imports them. And by setting Delete after import option to Yes, the file will be removed after import and so the new files in the folder will be imported next time when the import runs.

we want to delete the import files automatically after processing.
We have the solution?

In your import template settings on Source tab when you select Load from FTP option you can set Delete after import to Yes so CSVI removes the file once import is done.

The ftp saved Virtuemart order export file name appears in the export date: CSVI_NAVISION_VM_Orders_Export_18-03-2018_19.00.csv
want the date that appear: CSVI_NAVISION_VM_Orders_Export_2018-03-18_19.00.csv
We have the solution?

In your export template settings on File tab set the Filename for exported file field to CSVI_NAVISION_VM_Orders_Export_[Y]-[m]-[d]_[h].[i].csv to change the date format.

The log in the navision Vm_order_export template start date good, the end of time but every 1 hour. there is no data in the export file, ie it does not run for 1 hour.
We have the solution?

Can you give an example on this?

We do not want to upload an empty export file to ftp.
We have the solution?

In your export template settings on Source tab where you set Save to FTP option set Output empty file option to No. Click on Advanced button on top right if you don't see this option.

Hello,
For the export time duration, is the export set to run with cron? What if you run the export manually? does it take so long?
Kind regards,

Yes cron every 15 minutes starting the run. Manually 3-5 sec of running time.

Can you post the debug log of the cron export that is empty? I would like to see what the log tells us.
Kind regards,

Hi,

Even a small comments.
If the FTP import folder multiple files imported to the automated CSVI to then only one file name is added to the log file.

We want to have all the imported file names in the log file.

Hello,

I checked your debug log and that looks all good. Here are some of my thoughts. I don't believe the export runs for an hour but that the server stops the process after an hour. It is usual for systems to check for long running processes and if they run too long, it gets stopped.

When you run the cron job, is any file placed on the FTP server?

Does the cron job end when you save the file to the server?

Let me know and we see if we can figure out the issue.
Kind regards,

RolandD

The FTP connection through the navi_ex_imp folder to the import-export files. (server.jpg)
The relevant time was not the export folder in any other file.

Does the cron job end when you save the file to the server?

Hello,
In order to get more information on your export, we have added few more log messages to code so we can check what is happening from your debug log. Can you load the attached patch file and run the export on cron? Please post the latest export debug log to check.

Hello,

copy the patch file.

New issue. Clicking on the orders export menu on the frontpage shows a white page. Patch file has been copied and the original export.php file has encountered this error. But only in the order export at.
orders-export.jpg

A log file was made independently of the error.
com_csvi.log.1638.zip

Clicking on the user export menu on the frontpage. Everything was fine, there was no white page.

Hello otletgazda,
The white screen you are seeing is not because of any error. Since you are saving the export to some other location and also deleting the file if its empty, there is actually nothing which is sent to the screen to show and so it is blank. You can try your export with few records and see for the messages.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
