Resolved Waiting list with Product Description.

Hi Support.

Please can you assist, we are able to export the waiting list but it only has the product_sku field?

We need to add the product description and the manufacturer field.

Hello,
There is a problem in your template, on Options tab for virtuemart_waitingusers table you need to use virtuemart_product_id instead of virtuemart_waitinguser_id as Join field. See my screenshot in previous reply. Change the field, save the template and run the export. See if that makes any difference.

Hello Stan,
VirtueMart stores only virtuemart_product_id field in Waiting list table and so product_sku field is supported. There is no support for product description and manufacturer fields in this export. But you can use RO CSVI Advanced Custom table export and link VirtueMart Products, Product language and Manufacturer tables and export needed fields.

Hello Stan,
Two things with your template
1. Joining of tables is wrong in your template. You need to connect Products, Products language and Waitinglist tables. See the attached screenshot.
2. You don't have export template fields added to your template. You need to add that as in the attached screenshot. I have added only 3 fields for reference. You can add more as per your need.

Hi Support,

Thank you very much for the help, we have managed to get and output of data.

We have however noticed that there is a mismatch of data, as the "notify_email" does not match the "product_sku".

We are not sure why.
