While installing the CSV Improved I get the following error message:

Hello,
The error COM_CSVI_FAILED_QUERY is due to failing query during CSVI installation. To fix this apply the patch file attached in this post then go to CSVI About page and click on Fix database button. This will solve all the database issues you had during CSVI Installation.

But the CSVI extension is not installed yet! It does not install. The error message is displayed during installation and aborts the installation process.
I cannot access any CSVI pages in the website backend yet!

Hello,
In that case we need to find out which query is failing during installation. Can you please send me your email id? I will send in you a installation package which will help us to get details on the query which is failing.
But the CSVI extension is not installed yet! It does not install. The error message is displayed during installation and aborts the installation process.
I cannot access any CSVI pages in the website backend yet!
