Hello to all,

Trying to import some related categories in VM3, but for some reason, CSVI instead of updating the related categories, updates the related products with some random products.

See attached relevant files/logs for your advice.

Chris

Hello Tharuna,

Thanks for the feedback, i confirm that the import file i sent you before works ok now :)

However, i did some more tests with more custom fields included in the import, (including also related products) and noted that the import is broken again.

See attached another test import so that you may check if possible.

Thanks!
Chris

Hello Chris,
I have replaced a file on your site with some code changes and now both related categories and related products is working. Can you check and confirm? These code changes will be included in our next release.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Thanks Tharuna!

I can see it is working now, we are almost there but need to check also the attached complete custom field import which gives a 500 server error.

I also checked the server log, see attached the errors.

Would appreciate your assistance!

Rgrds,
Chris

Hello Chris,
I did some more fixes and now the 500 error is gone but at around 2600 lines during import, i am seeing a 524-timeout error. I tried changing import lines and wait time in product import template settings on limits tab but that did not help. I am thinking if your server is denying my request after some seconds and so i get this timeout error. Can you run the import yourself and see if it completes? The error seen is attached. Please talk to your hosting provider on this error.
