Resolved VM Product import - manufacturer change

Hello,

when we import product with manufacturer_name set to MANU01 and than we import same product with changed manufacturer_name to MANU02, product has manufacturer set to MANU01 and also to MANU02 after import. But we need to change manufacturer from MANU01 to MANU02 when importing same product with different manufacturer_name to get only one manufacturer for product. Is it possible?

Hello Milan,
By default manufacturer names are appended to product. To remove existing manufacturers, in Import template on Options tab set Delete Manufacturers to Yes and save the template. Click on Advanced button in toolbar if you don't see this option. Run import with new manufacturer and check.
