Resolved VM Product export only contains 2 products

We have 66 products on VM yet only 2 products will data export.
Checks made:

  • No filters in use on the options tab.
  • Available fields updated and cache cleared.
  • No filters in use on the options tab.
  • Tested various field delimiters
  • Runs fine on other website with same settings

Probably missing something obvious. Please advise.

Hello Gerry,
Thank you for posting the debug log. I see you have added Group by fields in your export template so i logged into your site and removed those fields from Fields tab Groupby Fields section. Now the export gets 61 records. Check and let me know if you see all the products now.

Hello,
Please post the export debug log to check. To get the debug log check How to collect debug information? document. I tried to login to the site with the details given on Site details tab but it says "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.".

Working as expected now, thank you Tharuna.
I Just need to identify select a suitable field delimiter that doesn't conflict with the html content now. I'll sort it ;)

If you use a comma or semi-colon as field delimiter and the double quotes as text enclosure all will be good.
